All content on the Site is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Site provides stats, data and information, some of which is opinion based. 5. Intellectual Property — No Sharing

All content on the Site, including picks, write-ups, images and analysis, is the property of MAIN PLAY. You agree not to share, repost or distribute any content from this website in any way, including but not limited to email and social media (X (formerly known as Twitter), Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). Sharing of this website's information to any platform without permission will be subject to legal action.

6. Subscriptions & Third-Party Platforms

Paid memberships are processed through the Whop platform under its own terms of service and billing rules. Links to sportsbooks or other third-party websites are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content, services or policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAIN PLAY shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and of the state of residence of the Site owner, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

9. Modifications to Terms

1. Information We Collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. The Site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. We collect only the information you voluntarily provide (for example, when you email us) and the minimal technical data required to operate the Site (standard server logs: IP address, request time, user agent).
